Kuveyt Türk announced an update for 3D Secure transactions in its virtual POS systems. This update, in line with the new versions of 3D Secure 2.0, includes the collection of more information about the cardholder in order to perform unencrypted transactions in card verification processes and to generate risk scores. In the announcement, it is stated that 3D Secure transactions can be made with updated integration documents that include new fields and merchants are asked to complete these updates by January 20, 2024. It is also emphasized that it is important to use up-to-date URL addresses. It is also stated that if the relevant improvements are not made, transaction interruptions may occur.
