We have created a "Compatibility List" for integrations and themes that our plugins are compatible with. This list includes products that have been tested and confirmed to work seamlessly with our software. 

In case our plugin does not work with the virtual POS, integrations and themes we have committed to, we will send you a "Money Back Guarantee" we offer. You will receive your payment back if you contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return Process:

  1. Create a Return Request: If you wish to return the product, please fill out the "Create a Return Request" form below. Your return request will be processed as soon as possible.
  2. Reason for Return: Explain in detail why the products to be returned will be returned and in which cases they do not work. We recommend that you support it with an image.
  3. Return Confirmation: After your return request is reviewed, it will be approved or rejected. For approved returns, you will be provided with a return number and return address.

Return Conditions:

  1. You must make your return request within 14 days from the date you receive the product.
  2. Returned product only due to a problem on our end, not working as promised can be returned.

Return Process and Refund Fee:

  1. Once your return request has been received and approved, the refund process will begin as soon as possible.
  2. If your return request is approved, your payment will be refunded after the return process and the refund period may vary between 3 and 15 days depending on your payment institution.
